With the conclusion of the ordering process you provide a binding contract offer. Access of your order will be immediately acknowledged by e-mail. Confirmation of the order does not mean offer approval yet. Contract won’t materialize until an order confirmation has been provided or goods have been delivered.
Formation of the contract will be made provided that in case of a faulty or not regular self supply not to be or only partly carried out. In case certain article is not or only partly deliverable we shall immediately inform you about the unavailability of the article. Possible returns already made by you shall be refunded.
In general domestic Spain deliveries of goods on stock are made to you within 3 to 5 workdays by parcel service. In case of shipments outside of Spain and within Europe shipment of available goods regularly takes 10 to 14 workdays. In case of shipments outside of Europe, time of delivery depends upon the shipping mode (by airmail, overland, by sea) and the destination location.
All above data regarding probable time of delivery or delivery periods are not binding provided that they have been explicitly agreed as binding by both parties. Should we get into a delivery delay despite an expressly agreed time of delivery and should you grant us a prolongation of time, it will be at least two weeks. If we let go by this prolongation of time with no result, you shall be entitled to recede from the purchasing contract. In case an article is exceptionally not deliverable or not deliverable as fast as requested we shall let you know the time of delivery as soon as possible or alternatively inform you that shipment cannot be made. Should we be unable to carry out shipment of the goods ordered by you without any fault by us because our supplier does not meet its contractual commitments, we expressly reserve the right to recede from the contract.
Custom duties and import costs will be raised in the destination country and shall be settled by the consignee. We have no control over these expenses and are unable to assess them. Customs restrictions vary worldwide from one country to the other. If required please get into touch with your appropriate custom office asking for further information.

Recantation right
You may recant in text mode your contract declaration within 14 days with no indication of reasons (for instance by letter, fax, e-mail) or by returning the goods. Time limit starts upon receipt of these instructions in text mode (for instance by letter, fax, e-mail) but not before receiving the goods. Please take into consideration that in case of returns, the goods shipped should be only used for inspection as it would be made at the shop for fitting purposes. In case of falling off in quality due to a further use of the goods we reserve the right to require compensation. Articles that have been individualized (for instance articles provided with a name according to your instructions) are excepted from this exchange and return right.
In case of an effective recantation, services received by both parts have to be granted back and, when occasion arises, uses made (for instance use advantages) to be delivered. In case of falling off in quality due to further use of the goods compensation may be requested. This does not apply when falling off in quality of the goods is exclusively due to its inspection, as if it were for instance at the shop. Anyway you may avoid the obligation for compensation because of falling off in quality when purposely using the article in case you do not use the goods as an owner and by omitting what might prejudice its value. Commitments to refund payments should be met within 30 days. Time limit starts for you with the shipment of the goods or the recantation, and for us with its receipt.
You may return every article in original state within 14 days and the price will be refunded.

The customer will be responsible for all exchange and return expenses.
We shall refund costs if goods are provable faulty. In no case return expenses for defect free goods will be accepted.
